Because we only paticipate on the Score procedure of the SCHUFA, we do not get additional information regarding your proprietary or contractual relationships, on this account a acceptance from you for this request is not necessary.
Furthermore in the case of non contractually behavior of our customer we reserved the right to ourself to transfer this information to the SCHUFA, those will transfer this data if applicable to other affiliated contracting party.
The aforementioned data transfers take place corresponding German Data Protection Act, as far as this is acceptable after balanced all relevant interests.
